i would last year and never did. i have a wii fit that i need to get in
the habit of using again. i have a weight machine and treadmill
downstairs. it's nice today, i might throw some songs on the mp3 player
and run like i did last year. it ends up being a mile and im usually
weezing by the end of the block, but it feels so good sometimes,
hahahah.
what are you guys doing? exercise/diet wise. i need to get back onto
my vegetarian diet and plan out meals and snacks that will fill me up.
i keep getting off track. and more tea and water!!! this pop crap is
killing me.

I'm currently training for a triathlon with Team In Training. We just started, so we're just doing a little bit at a time right now, but it's a lot of fun and offers variety. We rode our bikes 8 miles on Saturday, ran 2 miles yesterday, and we are swimming on Thursday and Saturday this week. Do you have an organization near you that you could join a team with? I have found that having structure helps me. I'm not good at doing things on my own, but having a class or team forces me to do stuff.
