I have a blackberry!!!

Well since danger, sidekicks, and t-mobile have taken a huge shit I went
back to verizon and got myself a Blackberry Curve! I love it already.
Definitely different to use than the sidekick but loving it. If you

am working between 5 1/2 to 7 days a week (two or three with my parents

soco, chicago, bars until 5 a.m...

well last weekend was a shit show. it started friday when we went to
see locksley (we didn't stay for butch walker, only a few songs. we
drove to chicago saturday morning). we danced and drank and it was a
great night.

saturday was rough. i wanted to die. but i just thought about
something corporate and i made it through. which, that thought alone
makes my heart skip a beat still. fjdksla. it was nice getting to
enjoy chicago and not have a walk to go on, worry about a decent spot,
and just plain be hanson-less. we wandered around before soco's set. i
only fan girl's a bit....or a lot.

still recovering. i need two more days of sleep.

long time no blog

yeah yeah yeah, im slacking. at least im trying to update my lj,
hahahahah.

lets see. in the past couple months we got a new puppy. she's
adorable. her name is lucy and she loves to play. my grandparents gave
me a car (SCORE!). not much else is going on. chicago next month for
MOTHER EFFING SOMETHING CORPORATE. just a little excited.

i have a TON of hanson merch im trying to sell. bunches of t-shirts, a
goodie, and some membership kits. anyone interested???

it's been a good year...

well, hey 2010, you've been one good thing after another.

im home from toronto in one piece. first time seeing jack's mannequin
live and hey, i loved it! fun. was awesome as well. the best news came
in the form of bamboozle chicago though. something corporate is not
only playing the west coast bamboozle but now chicago along with 3OH3!
and cobra starship. yes, don't judge me. i love jamming to "don't
trust me" and "good girls go bad".

last night jill, shannon, lauren, and i went to see hellogoodbye with
fireworks, saves the day, and new found glory. hgb is SO much better
live it's ridiculous. it was one big, drunk dance party...like it
usually is. they're all super nice too. glad i got the chance to see
them! i forgot to mention it's almost shannon's 21st. my sister and
lauren will be 21 at the end of the month so it's time to plan some sort
of shindig.

well, it's 6:30 a.m. and I've only slept a couple of hours. maybe i
should get up and make some coffee, do some laundry, and get ready for
work. yes, it's friday!!!

On the 18th, we put Sam to sleep. Her hips were getting really bad and the arthritis medicine to vet gave to us wasn't helping much at all. The last snow we got, she fell outside so if it would snow she wouldn't go outside unless we helped her. I had eleven WONDERFUL years with her and I'll miss her everyday. Riley is unsure of what to do. Sam wasn't the nicest to her the past couple years but she was just playing Queen Bee. It's weird not having her around, not hearing her walk down the hall if someone is cooking in the kitchen, and definitely weird not putting her to bed every night in my parent's room. Hey Sam, I'll always love you. Stay near.

happy new year!

the new year brought about a lot of healthy changes. that doesn't just
cover the diet aspect either. im rekindling friendships, starting new
relationships, living life the fullest. i figure sleep can happen when
im dead and you only live once, so here we go!

new years eve was a blast. i won't let taco bell (grumble grumble)
bring me down so other than that, it was a great night. champagne toast
at midnight, loads of uv blue and sprite, and games of flip cup. which
i am surprisingly good at, by the way! even drunk!! well, i hate beer
pong so i guess flip cup it is.

hope you guys keep all your resolutions! i know im trying my hardest

happy thanksgiving

this year has been one hot mess after another. i'm ready for the new. thanksgiving is the beginning of the crazy holiday season, which i love. come monday i'm putting up the christmas tree, taking all the fall decorations down, and turning on the lights i've already hung up.

the holidays are the only thing i have to hold onto as sad as it sounds. really can't get any worse than this, can it?
